Quantamis Navarathna was suddenly taken from our midst on December 23. This vibrant, brilliant musician – one whose sensitivity and talent allowed him to create music of such depth and feeling that it moved even the hard-hearted amongst us was taken by a sudden illness. His gentle way, softspoken manner, quiet approach was his true heart – but there was much more. There was a fire within, burning bright, and his music allowed him to explore and share it.

We remember the night at Ce Soir Castle when Quantamis first sang for us a real rollicking rock number he had written. In a flash, he had that electric guitar dancing – riding the hot Texas wind! In the song he got on that motorcycle and “let that sucker fly!” WOW. We won’t ever forget that. What a cool surprise – and how perfect! It – and many songs since – served as a brilliant point-counterpoint to his more subtle, mystical, romantic side. He was all of that, and more…
Sedona is a lovely lady who worked alongside her beloved Quantamis in sharing his music in SL. Her humour and sweetness were always a part of his gigs, and their love was always evident. We will miss him dearly, and in quiet moments we can hear his lovely music echoing through the castle. Thank you, Quantamis and Sedona. Love is forever…

Well said…..RIP Q!
Thank you, Sparkie. We are all going to miss Quantamis…he enriched our SL more than even we knew. Now, looking back, we see it even more clearly and thank the heavens for having known him – for knowing him still.
Bless you for all you do, Sparkie. You bring a *spark* wherever you go, and we appreciate it.
Hugs…
