It’s all folk, blues & beyond on Thursday!

Some Thursdays are hectic at Château Ce Soir – and whilst those days are always loads of fun, some Thursdays take a quieter turn. This week, it’s all about folk, blues & beyond with the wonderful multi-talented Russell Eponym, who has been playing here since our very first day in 2012. Every show has been special – filled with the laughter of good friends and some of the finest music ever to find its way into Second Life™. Russell, in fact, played his first show LIVE just a few hours of first logging in; that was in 2006, and he has not looked back (except with a smile!). Indeed, Russell has continued to play music, exhibit art, and read poetry & literature at many and varied venues ever since. We can’t wait to see what artistry he will share in 2017, so be sure to join us for the adventures ahead!

The Poet Laureate of Ce Soir Arts – who is also our Artist-in-Residence and Musician Extraordinaire – streams LIVE from Wales, bringing us 90 minutes of exceptionally enjoyable music. His repertoire is an ever-growing collection of historical folk tales set to music and his own lovely compositions. Lyrically beautiful and musically rich, the Russell Eponym sound invites the listener in and provides exceptional entertainment – and a whole lot more. Sweet melodies and toe-tapping tunes showcase his unique finger-picking guitar style, his velvety voice, and his talents with the harmonica, banjo, and even the kazoo! From dreamy love ballads to songs that will tickle your funnybone, Russell has them all. Add the delightful Eponymous Family of friends who gather to enjoy his music, and you are in for a charming time indeed!

Plan to drop in and enjoy with us at Château Ce Soir. At landing, walk ahead and up the stairs; a warm welcome and a time of music and dancing await you.

Come…be inspired tonight! Grab this magic carpet ride!
